PURPOSE
The Supervisor of the Year award recognizes successful mentoring of team members, professional development, and effective communication. CWEA’s Leadership Development Committee selects the winner.

CRITERIA

You will be asked to provide a description indicating why the nominee should be considered for this award as well as provide information related to the nominee’s training and CWEA participation. You will also need to provide a description of the nominees management style and why he/she believes it is effective.
