Roxanne Massey

Roxanne Massey is a Deputy Engineering Manager at Black & Veatch. She is also currently serving as the Secretary for the Santa Ana River Basin Section (SARBS) of CWEA. Ms. Massey is the Chair of the SARBS Students and Young Professionals (SYP) group where she has grown and reinvigorated the committee by organizing and leading networking events, tours, and educational events.
