Ralph Palomares

Ralph has been with El Toro Water District since August 8, 1980 and is currently the FOG/Source Control inspector and Sewer Collections Supervisor. Ralph has been an active member of CWEA SARBS since the 1980's. He served as the SARBS President in 2004 and Collection Systems Committee lead for the past three years.
