Gilbert G. Barela is an employee of Orange County Sanitation District and a 16 year experienced Maintenance Professional in the Waste Water field working towards his Master's Degree in Management and Leadership. He currently holds a Bachelor's of Science, Business Management Degree, a CWEA Mechanical Technologist Grade IV Certification, an ISO Vibration Analyst, Water Treatment, and Water Distribution License, and Oil Analysis and Project Management Certification. He has also attended several industry related Factory Service Schools. He has certificates from CSU Fullerton Leadership Academy and Ethics in Leadership. He is also the current Vice Chair for CWEA's Technical Certification Program, Executive Committee.
