Raymond De Ocampo is the Laboratory/ Environmental Compliance Supervisor for Carmel Area Wastewater District. Mr. De Ocampo was hired back on July 1994 as a laboratory analyst. Changes were made in 2000 to combine the Laboratory and Source Control into one department, so Mr. De Ocampo became a Laboratory Analyst/ Environmental Compliance Inspector. In December 2016 Mr. Deocampo was promoted to the Laboratory/ Environmental Compliance Supervisor.

Ray De Ocampo is married to his wife, Lori for 29 years and they have two children Ryan and Jessica. Both of his children are married and no grandchildren yet. Mr. De Ocampo likes to play golf enjoys fishing. Mr. De Ocampo and his wife like to travel and one day hope to see all the United States.
